Weber Wood Chunks 4-lb Wood Chips

Give a distinct wood-smoked flavor to your poultry, pork and more. Just place these Weber Rapidfire pecan wood chips directly on your grill and cook your meat as normal. These range from golf ball–sized to pieces as big as softballs. The usual size is about as big as a fist and will smolder for a couple of hours on a bed of charcoal, though it is too big for a gas grill’s smoker box. Water does not manage to seep into chunks any deeper than about 1/4 inch, so there is not much sense in spending half an hour or so just to get the wood’s outer surface wet.
